It comes with 4 different massage heads for different parts of the body and I use every one of them. It's easy to hold and small enough to be stored away easily.

I like the different heads also once I found out what each head was. It comes with 3 different massage heads and a scraping head for feet.

Down side was that the manual doesnt include how to take off the head to change to different heads but simple really. The massager has different attachements for different parts of body such as neck back etc. The only thing I disliked is owners manual doesn't explain much, had to figure out how to change heads and what each head does ( I googled it.

and if you only have small hands it’s difficult …. The massager has a long cord so you can sit comfortably away from the switch and you never have to worry about charging running out unlike the last massager I had. Recently bought this portable muscle body hand massage machine with 4 vibrating massage heads for back; shoulder; neck; arm; waist; legs; foot pain relief.

plugs into mains…. I really like that it has a dial to increase/decrease the vibration intensity as it allows you to adjust depending on what part of the body you are working on. It's easy to use and has different settings to adjust the intensity.

That said…once you know how you can change the heads to suit your needs…. Cheers xxxxx It is powerful but also gentle with the various speeds along with infared lights. I really like this hand held massager.
