Everything is clear and easy to hear - especially when gaming, which is what I purchased them for. Overall absolutely worth the money. For anyone looking to get into a more rewarding listening experience for an intermediate price, these are great.

i do not usually make such long reviews , but i spent the last 20 days testing headphones ( DT770/ DT990 premium )so i hope my review help someone to decide :) One thing to look out if you will need an audio interface to get the full experience of the headphones via the 6.

These headphones are incredible! Although I do use spectrum analysers while I mix to get a visual representation, but once you get used to these headphones, it all becomes very natural anyway. Build Quality : German madeDAC/AMPS : i have an Asus Rog Maximus hero X comes with ROG SupremeFX 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC S1220 which can drive theses bad boys, as per the spec sheet, i am yet to give a long term use review but this is just my initial review ( compared to a one week use of the DT 770 pro 80 Ohm ( the isolation is just too much )if you are a gamer and looking to use them for music ( mp3) and movies, the motherboard Sound Chip is more than capable (if it is from latest Mobo that is ) , but if you are into high-end sound production and you want to use the headphones to their fullest , then an external solution maybe is good for you .

Equally they are also very good for music with solid bass, but not muddy middles. . The coiled length is an added bonus, I don't wander far while wearing them but prevents them being pulled off my head while turning in my chair to get up.

Well, that's exactly what I got, except for a few differences and they are absolutely great differences at that! I bought these for my birthday last year I can say with confidence that these are the best headphones I have purchased. The only issue with these is that you do truly need a good amp to use these well.

The ear cups and head band are wearing incredibly well and have shaped themselves to my head nicely, so they are incredibly comfortable to wear for many hours at a time, even with glasses! The above is just an example of my experience with these headphones, like anything, it’s subjective, but I’ve had mine for a while now and I happily give them a 5/5.

The headphones can go reasonably loud while maintaining what sounds like an accurate frequency response without distorting, if they are; it’s subtle and I haven’t noticed - correct me if I’m wrong. Whilst my comments are subjective I could find no justification for the “excessive sibilance”criticisms these headphones sometimes attract.
