If you like horror books, thrillers and psychology then read this book. The woman has been strung up between two posts and the skin expertly removed from her face. Psychology expert Robert Hunter and rookie partner Carlos Garcia are an excellent pairing. The MC - Detective Hunter is trying to catch a serial killer who keeps outwitting them.
