Second one was all fitted unless than 20 minutes Take time to read the instructions and to be fair as long as you either have bike maintenance experience or a competent DIY person you will not have an issue. This product has mixed reviews and I can understand why. Great product.

It has been great for our kids. To be fair was only slight issue with the 4 year old the 6 year old was fine and we had some great rides this weekend. Out of the box assembled as per instructions the mount on the receiving bike can slip round, even when tight enough to cut into the metal on the recieving bike. Well packaged with relevant parts on seperate packets for easy identification.

Great when it works, just depends on your bike and how well it fits. Having said the with a few small modifications it works a treat and it's brilliant on rides with the kids. One of the best products I've purchased in a long time.
