I purchased this Century Original Wavemaster Freestanding Heavy Punching Bag to do training on my own. You can't punch too hard or it shakes the whole place, the vibration is crazy. It arrived on time and as expected.

As you can see I used two pillows to kind of reduce the vibration. It fit perfect. I got the bright idea that one of these standing bags would be ideal. I'll update in a few months.

First my husband made a mistake as usual. I still like it tho. We used 300 pounds of dry sand and just went in so easily.

Almost like tarp material. It could be better padded and not so mucb plastic but it is what it is. I currently have the base filled with water so my bag moves around with strong hits and front kicks. Now with Covid-19, going to any class is out of the question.

We used an oil gallon to fill it up. It still has some nice give to it. It was easy to set up and the height adjustment makes training accessible to the whole family.

Finally got my bag and set it up. It still tilts some when hit i was hoping it had more stopping power but it works.

I bought this punching bag to get some exercise while releasing some stress during COVID19. And bought semi moist sand. A great product for effective and fun training! Now not only is it quieter.
