She liked controls this way they are easy to operate. The controls on this one are slide flat buttons. I order for my wife, and thanks god she like it! It is light easy to use and it's drying power is excellent for both if you are rushed for time and if you are gently drying your hair due to the multiple heat settings

The product is good, easy to hold. Overall all very pleased. I used it for the first time yesterday and can honestly say that my hair feels much smoother and silkier than what it did with my old hair dryer.

I have had more powerful hairdryers so this one takes a bit longer to dry my long hair but I think this makes for an overall better and leaves my hair feeling less dehydrated and frizzy. Got this to replace my wife’s broken lee stafford dryer. It is not too powerful but it is not bad.

This is a great hairdryer for the price. The filter is easy to clean. The reason I've given it 4 stars is that the cool button doesn't get really cool - I'm sure my older one went cooler. The long flex is perfect as it means you have more flexibility and comfort for drying hair.
