This is well made solid oak, nice and heavy and looks great. But at the moment I am really pleased with it I have been working hard, making a kitchen from a donated Butler sink, Victorian floorboards and scraps of wood - a recycled/ upcycled kitchenThis drainer is the the icing on the cake! I know some reviewers have said it warps and splits, time will tell.

It’s perfect. It is sturdy, thick and heavy, looks like it would survive a nuclear attack. Has a nice smooth matt finish and is easy to clean.
Had it for several months now and it is still working well with no problems. I had been looking a drainer for some time to go with our raised Belfast sink and found this one. I needed it to be slightly higher to fit better over the edge of our sink so I have added some small rubber feet to the bottom.
