This book is a good follow on to the Chimp Paradox, but you can read it independently of that. It is easy to access and follows a similar principle throughout of planning for types of situations that occur on a regular basis and planning or computer programming how you might respond differently.
There are some practical suggestions on how you might deal with a situation differently like a teenager’s pit of a bedroom. Whilst there is likely something for everyone there is a focus on interactions with children and teenagers.
