Even better that it helps involve your partner too as they can feel left out at times. I would recommend this book. Absolutely amazing book, brilliantly detailed, illustrated well even the poses are easy to follow and copy. This book is amazing, not at all overwhelming, each chapter gently eases you into each subject.

With 6 chapters, each detailed so well, with illustrations too. I dont feel like I'm being told that I have to do any of this. Amazing pregnancy book.
