There were no power cords included, and the vga cables were both male to male so I couldn’t hook up the monitors. 3/16/21 - Update. But their customer service is good. The company did reach out to me and offer a gift card to cover the cost of the cords or to do what they could to make it right.

I guess I didn't realize they were refurbished, but the photo that accompanied their listing didn't show any scratches on the monitor bases. So I'm changing my 3 stars to 4 stars. The bases/stands for both monitors were scratched.

If the listing advised they were refurbished or the photos shows the actual product, I would have given 5 stars. I don’t know if it’s because of how they were packed, or if they were that way before they were mailed. Will need to order additional cables. Don’t know yet if the monitors themselves are ok or not, because until I get the correct vga cables, I can’t hook them up.
