Once the first lot of treats were gone, we reloaded & she was off again for about another 30 minutes (with breaks - she is very old after all! She can’t lift the dispenser as her mouth is too small & she doesn’t have many teeth left now either, plus, it’s very weighty. I think the key with these types of things is to vary them, swapping them in & out for their novelty value and to not forget to count the treats in as part of their general diet. .

Love it! She had it sussed within about 15 minutes. All I’d say is that the small is definitely only suitable for small dogs & puppies. First thing this morning, she has been asking for her treat dispenser.

overall highly impressed. We will soon be heading out for some slightly larger treats to challenge her with. Obviously I can make it more challenging by putting larger treats in given that she has already worked out how to slide the opening to its maximum. ).

After a couple of nervy starts (mainly getting bopped in the face as the toy rolled back towards her) my 15 year old shih tzu rolled back the years & engaged totally with this toy, rolling it all over the place & scratching at the opening until all the treats were out. Dog is now consequently sulking on the sofa, whilst I’m writing this. So away she went again, having a grand time. The media could not be loaded.
