I think it's a good deal for the price It's also the best iron I've ever owned! The iron is connected by a swiveling cord so you won’t have to worry about getting all tangled up. I haven’t tried the iron yet, it’s just very disappointing knowing that someone else obviously used it and didn’t like it.

Update: Yet again, I received a used product from Amazon. The only down fall with that is that I have to keep on refilling the water in it.
