) I found it really simple to fit the buds in my ears, they come with 3 different fittings that can attach to suit every ear size for comfort. The sleepbuds come in a really nice case, which is good for storing them but it is also how they are charged. Perhaps a bit too high considering the narrowly-focussed functionality, small range of sound files available for selection, and the ignominious history of the previous generation version – which was discontinued and recalled over battery issues.

Before I start, I'm going to have to come out with a rather depressing but pertinent paragraph - I can't sleep at all without sleeping pills as a result of being dead for a while (I'm not going to go into that here) and frankly I'm sick of relying on prescription meds to get some rest. They are snug and block out most outside noises (don't worry you can set an alarm with the app) and are really light. I was quite relieved to discover that loud/sharp noises are still discernible as I’d been a bit concerned that these might block out the smoke alarms if they were to go off.

A little tip from me is to keep the charging case by your bed so when you wake up you can place these straight on charge as they take 6 hours from 0-100% battery. Hallelujah!
