I have been to Puglia several times, and it brought back wonderful memories especially of Ostuni. Something I could not do alone! One of those books you can't wait to get back to.

Well done. Joyful & insightful - like going on holiday with a good friend. 'Finding Myself In Puglia' by Laine B Brown is a wonderfully engaging, personal and funny memoir that involves the reader in a vicarious conspiracy to her life and thoughts during her four year stay in Italy.
(photo of me in Ostuni recently)If you have never been, you will want to visit it after reading this book. A great read.
It takes a lot of courage to start a new life and adventure in a foreign country.
