Even the recipes that did not sound good I’ve made and been super impressed with because at this point I feel like if it’s from his book it’s going to be a winner. The only one my kids didn’t like was the beet and goat cheese tart, but my husband and I didn’t mind as that just left more for us, haha. All of the recipes are well planned out and detailed enough for you to understand but not overly detailed so you get lost. Easy to use and has a decent meat free section aswell as a poultry, fish and meat section.

I try to make dinner for my family roughly 5 nights a week, and lately I have been doing all of my meal planning and cooking from this book. I took one star off because my book came with two scratches on the front and adhesive stuff on its back in a small section. Me: experienced home cook but no professional chef, likes healthy food and easy recipes

I’ve made about 14 of these recipes so far and 14/14 of them have been wins. I have made some great meals for an on the go family and they are delicious. I have no chef skills but know the basics and this book knows that. If you’re a busy working mom like me that likes to have yummy healthy home cooked meals on the table for your family, buy this book.

A really well designed cookbook for someone that doesn’t cook very often. The media could not be loaded. I love the formatting of this cookbook.

Nice hardback. You won’t be sorry. Also the font and wording is easy to read and the recipes are color coded by category. Not only are his recipes delicious, they are also incredibly simple.
Wow - this is a fantastic cookbook! It’s simple and clean. There isn’t a bunch of fluff surrounding the pages of the recipes.
