I have exercised more since being on them as it instructs so I can’t say that they haven’t helped aid that? Have bought more! There's a lot of mixed reviews about this product. I wouldn’t say that I feel less hungry.

The pack itself is large, having 84 tablets in but because the instructions say you must take 2 with each meal the package is rapidly used up, being only a 2 week supply. If out of your daily calories, only 300 of them are from fat, and this blocks, let's say 20%, from being absorbed, then you're only blocking 60 calories!

For me personally, because I have quite a fat heavy diet, they worked! It's very simple, it will bind to some of the fat that you ingest and then prevent it from being absorbed. So, I have noticeably lost weight.
