It does slide on floors and carpets. The material is lovely. The surrounding perimeter allows for her to have a little headrest, and when she curls up she still has half the bed I can put another dog in the bed.

Has been washed monthly for 2 years and all the zippers are still intact. The bed is huge and she can fit comfortably. Not this one. We’ve had this dog bed for about 2 years and it’s still holding up so well.

The mattress has never dipped in 2 years which is amazing considering the weight on it. The only thing I wish is that there was a size between the medium and large. We got the large and I wish it were a tad smaller.

I did give it a pre-wash, soak, and light scrub, but I still have staining. The cover material is sturdy and feels like it'll last (it's been in the washer and dryer just once so far), but still comfy enough to attract the pup. If I do buy him another bed, it will likely be this very one. 3-cover material is not as soft as some dog beds, but of course, that comes with the trade-off of durability.
