I've been waiting for The Full Diet cook book after reading The Full Diet last year. Really nice recipes, clear and the ingredients are easy to source unlike other cookbooks. My weight loss journey continues with this helpful book because it works.

You could also use the recipes if you are following a lower carb diet too. Useful extra information / explanations in the book too. The delicious recipes are easy to do, tasty, reasonably priced and shown with colourful photos.
I like the meal planner, the eating window and the eat and not to eat lists. Works well with the Full Diet Plan. Thank you Saira Hameed.
