This is the third book of the the some title my dog and I had gone through. My friend told me about this book when we were having dinner. This book is a journey and you'll find yourself leaning in a different direction everytime you read a chapter moving and molding you into who you truly are or helping you discover the truth of you.

Almost entire content is worth to be marked as highlight, so better don't use a highlighter pen. I started reading and listening to his books when I wanted to dramatically change my life.

Especially the self discipline part within the personal area absolutely matches my personal opinion resp. All he said was the name of the book and I was sold to try it out. But the quality of page is quite low you can fix this issue using chori ne messenger on pages. The third part of the book „self discipline & good life“ is, in my opinion, the weakest part of the book.

If you want to improve yourself, read this and implement. It's not the only book in the house I have laying around. It's one of those books that talks about principles we already know, but frames it in a much more interesting way. After having received several recommendations, on „no excuses“ I gave the book a chance and was wondering how different it would be compared to „Eat that frog“, which I quite liked.
