I am used this phone for a month now, and no problem whatsoever for now. I ordered Refurbished iphone 12 Pro max in graphite colour and got it as next day delivery as it described on listing also excellent cosmetics condition as like brand new phone with very minor dot scratches at only back side to bottom that normally can't be visible. So the Iphone came the next day i made the purchase. iphone came with lighting charge cable, Proof of certification of Refurbished- it mentioned phone been thru extensive testing, barcode label with all info from seller's outlet, Return label in case if needed during term.

I would have preferred signed delivery from Royal Mail maybe (as it is an expensive parcel), but if you organize well yourself, you can pick it up quickly. I liked everything about it Very disappointed with this phone And seller I have been through customer live chat I get nowhere avoid at all costs

No scratch at the back or sides. Phone as a object is very good conditions, tiny scratches in the screen but you must watched very well to found it. If this is a second hand phone, shows then that previous owner used to keep it with case and protector (same as me) so happy for the purchase.

90% Battery Life, honestly no scratch and including things on the photo (charger plug, cable and a voucher… also the phone). screen is also totally mark free, all systems working fine, and the battery is saying its at 98% chargeable to its max level. Phone is spotless, looks brand new with no visible marks at all. In term of performance, camara, speaker and touch performed excellent.

Battery life the 87% for me good enough when my last phone was 75%. I was worried about spending £600 on a reconditioned phone, but after reading reviews on the seller went for a iphone 12 max pro. Hope this helps .
