Overall brilliant book and one I would love to see as a TV or film adaption- can't fault it. 💦I just LOVE Rachelle’s work. This is her second novel. This was a really good follow-up to The Pharmacist from Atalla- a debut which i also really enjoyed.

‘The drought had been threatening us since last summer, but it had still seemed to take us by surprise - a once-in-a-thousand-years sort of thing, they kept saying. 💦Oh my! I was immediately drawn in to the near future dystopia, a vivid creation; tense, engaging characters and a scarily real context. This book felt wonderfully authentic and judged effortlessly the balance of a grim, climate ravaged future with hope and life.

This is one book that will freak out anyone!
