Rise Above

If you haven't checked out Freida Mcfadden yet, I highly recommend it. i’m not gonna spoil but i will say… you will make up many theories in your head and i promise they are all wrong. A lot of thoughts in this book, the girl gets a job at a prison where her ex is because he tried to murder her in the past, pretty self explanatory, then we have Tim (girls best friend) which has been in love with her since they were kids, here’s where it gets me, I really thought for a second it was Tim because the body was at his basement but then I was thinking the book is boring as hell if that’s the end, and they get to have their little family, and to be honest the plot twist didn’t surprise me at all, but the epilogue was the crazy part, listen I don’t know what’s up with the Nelsons and their momma but blessed his heart cause Josh ate that thing up. LOVE IT!

! the book itself is great but I noticed a lot of blank pages at the end of the book and it seems like it was because a chunk of pages was never printed. i ordered ward d and can’t wait to read it!

Tessa

Wow! I recommend Freida's books to everything that likes mysteries and thrillers. In turn, someone printed out the pages and just shoved them in the missing spot to make up for it and some pages printed slanted.

but the twist got me and kept my jaw on the floor for a good 10 minutes after! this book EASILY ties with, or possibly is even better, than the silent patient. it’s one you cant put down. The twists and turns in this book were great.

I was thinking out loud at so many parts in this book and I actually annotated a couple parts which I never do lol. i started reading this book when it arrived last night at 10:00 pm & by 3:30pm today, i was finished! for me… that says a lot! thrillers and murder mysteries have always been my favorite books.

Jennifer

due to my health issues, i can no longer leave my house and the chronic boredom was overwhelming. I love how fast the pace they are and the twists and turns.
