I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. When Janice meets Mrs B, the two women, whilst clearly polar opposites, unite forces for the greater good and push to save Mrs B from her son who wants her out of his late fathers house in the university, so as he can transform it into something else.

One person. In the beginning limiting each person to just one story, because they are the rules. I liked that the spine was not broken and it had the new book smell The lovely bus driver who maybe was once a geography teacher, helps distract her.

Throughout the book we are tormented with what could possibly be Janice's story, all whilst wishing she would leave that retched husband who clearly cares nothing for her. Beautifully told

One Story. The book itself is hard to put down, I found I wanted to rush ahead to know who Mrs B's story was really about, she tells Janice of a girl called Becky. The story follows Janice, a married woman who cleans other peoples houses for a living, whilst performing her duties, she takes in the stories that her employers tell her. Then there is Decius, the fox terrier, I laughed a few times reading his parts in the book and its very cleverly written in by the author.
