Soft and comfortable on my neck. Love this pillow I use it in both of my recliners for reading and watching TV. the best addition to my computer chair.

Although the branding on the front of the pillow makes it look cheap & unappealing, it is very comfortable. Now I can watch TV without folding up a blanket and stuffing it behind my neck. It stays in place and feels soft yet firm like one would expect from memory foam.

I really appreciate that they provided an extender strap. Liked the support it provides for my head and neck when I use my reclining lounge chair Only complaint would be that the fabric used to wrap around the chair was not stitched to the right spot on the pillow, causing it to dangle & hang downward until you fit your head up against it - you will have to readjust the pillow every-time you lean forward or stand up.
