S. If you've used your tourniquet the Trauma Wound Dressing (also known as an Israeli bandage) can act as a back up tourniquet in addition to it's primary purpose. I added this to a EMB I put together.

If your on the fence,buy it,it could some day save a loved one or yourself. Out came the bug out bag and this bandage,10 seconds later I had the bandage on with no experience,stopping all bloodflow. It's versatile as well, you can apply this bandage to others and yourself as well thanks to the loop and brackets. He severed his artery on his wrist among other muscles and tendons.

This weekend my girlfriend and I were working on my truck, scraping old window tint off of the glass with a razor scraper. Great product! This is compact enough to fit into any medical kit be it small or large. Fit great in my trauma bag!
